Crocus Gardens is coming along!!

In the past four months a lot has been completed throughout the Phase I building! We have finished all exterior walls, roof sheeting, and have moved on to waterproofing and shingling. You can now see from the corner of Prairie Crocus and Philip Lee Drive that the shingling on the east side of the building has been completed!

Interior wall framing and mechanical/electrical rough in is also complete between the first and third floors, with work progressing on the fourth. Once work is approved, we will begin putting up drywall which may start as early as next week. 

All in-suite finishes for the building have now been selected; it is exciting to see us reach this milestone in the project!

Outside of Phase I, the site is buzzing with activity! The Clubhouse foundation progress is coming along very well, and the Phase II excavation is almost complete in preparation for piling which we hope to finish this calendar year.
