The clubhouse has had the roof shingles completed!

I hope everyone is staying warm through yet another cold spell!

At Crocus Gardens the clubhouse has had the roof shingles completed and the windows are going in starting this week.

The trades at Crocus B2 are continuing their hard work in this weather and have been working on the elevator shaft. The main sprinkler stand pipe has been completed from the parkade up to the fourth floor and they are starting to work on suite sprinklers. The plumbers are working their way up the floors with the furnace sleeves, tubs and showers.

Owners have been meeting with Kylie Rae to discuss their options and to go through their selections for their finishes! If you have not already set up an appointment with Kylie Rae please ensure that you do. All finish selections will be due by April 2019.
