Phase 1 Lobby Design Looks Fantastic!

Hello Everyone! I hope we are all prepared for this winter with fuzzy slippers and are stocked up on lots of hot chocolate!

Club House - The main floor exterior wall and the interior walls are in progress. The second-floor joists are completed and the exterior walls are in progress. Our designer is hard at work putting together the finish options for the club house.

Crocus Gardens Phase 1 - Everyone is all moved in! Our designer has completed the interior finishes, furniture and decorations and they look fantastic! The front lobby has a beautiful set up complete with a lovely chandelier.

Crocus Gardens Phase 2 - At the second phase of Crocus Gardens we have our trades already working on the third floor joists and walls. On the first floor we have the steel stud framing in progress. The windows and patio doors are being installed on the second floor. The gravel has been put down on the east side of Phase 2 to prepare for the asphalt. For those who are anxious to pick out their suite selections, Kylie will be in touch in February to set up meetings with everybody.
