Flooring installations have begun!

We are pushing our trades hard at Crocus Gardens Phase I, with drywall and paint progressing throughout the building. Cabinetry installation is following paint completion; we will see the second and third floor cabinetry done in the next few weeks! Also, interior suite doors, casing and baseboard have arrived on site and installation has started, bringing the suites that finished look that only trim can create. Finally, flooring installations have begun on the second floor! The suites are really coming along and we are excited with the progress being made.

Phase II is progressing with the foundation walls and columns being poured. The excavation for the ramp into the parkade will begin this week!
